| Lohasava, also known as Lohasavam, is an Ayurvedic herbs-mineral classical preparation. It is herb-infused liquid medicine used to treat anemia and control obesity. As its name suggests, Lauh means iron which means the medicine is infused with iron, providing aid in managing iron deficiency problems. It also shows anti-obesity properties which can be helpful in weight management. It is also used to manage jaundice, hepatitis, fatty liver, general weakness, and piles.
